Standardisation

After Through evaluation Prefab structure switched over to "TRACK & PANEL" system and standardized construction procedures.

Testing

This System was tested at Structural Engineering Laboratory, Chennai.

It was proved that Double Skin Wall made of 2 Nos. Bison Panels can take a vertical Load of 1.25 MT per R. Ft.

We have also conducted tests for:

• Fire Resistance Test-BS 476 : Part 6,7 Class 'O' building board with class '1' surface spread of flame
• Sound Insulation-Thickness 8 12 16 20 30 40 in mm Reduction 31 32 33 34 36 37 in dB
• Dimensional Stability & Water Proof Test -Swelling thickness 1% after 2 hours immersion in water 1.5% after 24 hours of immersion in water
• Fungus Resistant-Resistant to termite, vermin, fungus and other insects.
• Weather Resistant-Can withstand temperatures from – 40 degree to + 90 degree Celsius.
